Garage Sale
We decided to have a garage sale this weekend to clean out a few closets. Little Lowell had fun helping me get everything ready. He loved playing with all of his old baby toys. At first the garage sale was a little traumatic for him. He didn't really like that people were touching all of our old stuff. After one lady made her purchase he ran after her yelling "Come back with mom's shoes!" After a while he started having fun playing with all of the kids who came by. He even turned into quite the salesman following people around and showing them things while saying, "Maybe you like this?"

Naughty Lowell
Little Lowell has quite the social calendar which usually involves a birthday party every week. This means that we make frequent trips to the toy store. Recently this has been getting a little more difficult as he does not understand that we are not toy shopping for him. Yesterday when we out shopping for a present he threw a little tantrum as we were leaving Toys R' Us. He yelled "Please buy cars! Please buy trains! Please buy SOMETHING!"

Not Tomato, but No-mato
Last night I was chopping up a few tomatoes for dinner when Little Lowell walked into the kitchen. He thought I was cutting up fruit for him and said, "Please apples." I tried to explain to him the tomatoes were for dinner, but he was still persistent and changed his plea to "Please tomato." I gave in and handed him a chunk and he made a face that clearly showed he was not happy with the tomato. He then spit it out in his hand, handed it back to me and said "No-mato."
